November 2015 Lip Monthly Review

With all that being said if you would like to check it out click here. Now onto the product review!

I like how they are beginning to switch up their bags, this months was really cute however they always smell horrible. I threw it through the was and air dried it which seemed to help with that.

Mirabella Red Velvet Lip Pencil – $25

This is a full sized product! I may have too many reds but this is just lovely, it is such a creamy lipstick and glides on flawlessly with a satin finish. It stays on as long as you aren’t eating or drinking, which is ok for most but for me I had to reapply 5 times in one day. It was also great for this time of year because it very hydrating! I could see myself purchasing this in the future, I would love to try the colours Vice Velvet and Wanted Velvet.

Pros: Great colour, creamy, moisturizing
Cons: Doesn’t stay on very long

Beauty For Real Light Up Lip Plumping Gloss in Turned on- $22

Another full sized product. This is a great plumper, It went on beautifully. What I don’t usually like about glosses is how sticky they are however this one is not sticky at all. It went on beautifully and it did slightly enhance my lips, but not as much as some others I have tried. One thing I adore about this is the light on the lid and mirror on the side making it beyond perfect for any night out, who needs to go to the bathroom for touch ups when all you have to do is pull this on and push the button on the lid? I am unsure if I will be buying more but that is only because I don’t use glosses often at all. However I do think this is a wonderful product! Use the code CATRINA for 15% off

Pros: Enhances lips, great colour, not sticky, Light on lid, Mirror on side
Cons: Size

Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Mina – $19.90

Yet another full sized product. This is my second Ofra liquid lipstick, it is really nice and it lasts a great amount of time as welll. What I love about liquids is that there is no need for lipliners and they do not feather. This shade is beautiful too, a dark vampiric colour that is great for the season. It doesn’t dry to a complete matte lipstick like most which is another plus for me seeing how I am battling dry lips.

Pros: Doesn’t Feather, True to colour, creamy, long lasting
Cons: Have to apply two layers to get the colour

Chapstick Dual-Ended Hydration Lock Day & Night – $3.29

Guess what? Full sized! Chapstick is such a good brand when it comes to getting rid of those chapped lips fast or preventing them, often i will put it on underneath my lipstick in the winter but I have never heard of this dual sided one until now. It won the Shape Beauty award in 2014 and I can see why. One side is for day containing spf 12 (personally I would add a bit more spf to it or still use sunscreen) and the night side contains tamanu oil, natural butters and antioxidents to give your lips a good heal overnight. I put it on before bed, and when I wake up in the middle of the night with the little one I apply it again my lips have never been so smooth! This overall is a great product with such an amazing price tag, I definitely will be buying more.

Pros: Great moisture, dual sided, price
Cons: Needs more spf

I spent $12.95+shippping and received $70.19 worth of great products, can’t go wrong there! I am very pleased with these products.
